After trading away Carter, New Jersey Nets, which is in 16-streak-losses after ne season kicks off, decided to lay off its coach Frank. Frank took the place of Byron Scott as Net’s temporary coach from an assistant coach. Soon he became the formal coach for the excellent achievements. But,to this coach, who lead his team to make a disgrace record of 16-straight lost, is his life linked with failure since that? I don’t think so. Instead, I want to plea the public to stop blaming Frank. Trust me, Laurence Frank’s contributions overweigh his mistakes!

However, everyone knows that he is still less than 40 years old in fact. Maybe people with earlier wisdom often seem sophisticated and vicissitudes. In 1988, a 18-year-old young man from Tunektepe in New Jersey went to Indiana University. There he became the manager of his university basketball team while studying. A handler, which was a nice title, but in fact, it was a service chief. He took charge of connecting the airline tickets of players, polo shirt and even the replacing of water dispensers. Frank has get used to analogous dispise since he told the others about his love of basketball. Because he is so short, only a little higher than 170.
But Frank always suprises people, his understaning about basketball and personal relationship is better than others’. His diligent and tenacious personality was the hint of his legend afterwards. Subsequently, Frank was recommended to the coach of Vancouver Grizzlies Brian Hill who was famous coach and gave Frank a well-nurtured lesson. After cooperating for three years, Grizzles removed to America homeland. Coincidentally, there was a vacancy in New Jersey Nets. And Frank seized it unhesitatingly.
Since the season of 2000-01 began, a fellow who was like a caddie has sit in the substitute bench of the net. Soon, he became a principle assistant coach of Byron Scott. On January 1, 2004, Scott was demoted and Franklin replaced him. When many people were busy consulting Franklin’s curriculum vitae, he has got 13 winning streaks leading his players. The first season of Franklin, the nets got through eastern semi-final; In the season of 2006-07, Franklin got 157 wins, which made him become the commander in chief who had the most wins in history. Before this season, Frank’s total coaching record is 225 wins and 255 failures, and the winning percentage is just the half. He never thought that the consecutive 16 failures dragged him into mud.
