To most of the girls, losing weight is one of the most horrible experiences. Their mood swings just as the pointer on weighing machine does. You may heard of many different kinds of measures in how to loss weight. However, many of them are untrue.

1. It’s hard to lose weight again if you get weight rebound.
According to a research, it’s untrue of this saying. The most sensible way in losing weight is eat no snack food and eat less in supper.

2. No fast food?
The fact is an ordinary hamburger, a piece of steak or salad with low-calorie flavoring will not add a pound on you. However, you should avoid ice cream, or salad with mayonnaise in it.

3. All food are equal.
One truth you may neglect is that it’s what you eat while not how much you eat has a connection with your weight. Thus it’s unnecessary to have nothing to eat. You should know what you can eat and what you can’t.

4. No dessert?
The key point for eating dessert is to control the weight of dessert. If you really want to have a piece of dessert, then have it. But at the same time, eat less when you have dinner.

5. All kinds of fat are the same.
You think you are fat and that’s all the fact. However, the truth is people who have extra fat on their upper body are more possible to have heart disease and high blood pressure than people who have fat on their lower half of their body.

6. Eat nothing is the most effective way to lose weight.

You may lose weight in a short time. However, as your body doesn’t get enough energy, the possibility for some disease may add. And from a long-term view, it’s unwise to do that.

7 . You can have fat substitute as much as you want.
This may be quite attracting to some fat girls who are in fond of eating. However, the fact is though the fat substitute products have a low-calorie, the sum of all calories is still a big number for your body.

8. You can lose weight by eating only one kind of food.
Among all kinds of measures of losing weight, someone eat only apples or yoghourt. The fact is it harms your health and does no help in losing weight.

9. You can lose weight by eating less.
An effective way of losing weight is eating less plus sport.

10. You are fat and it’s your fault.
Most of the fat people are fat because their genes. That means no matter how much they eat, they are much easier to get fat than other people.
